Account details, profile information, event registrations, messages, survey responses, attendance activity, and device notification tokens are used to operate the event experience.
How information is used
We use data to authenticate accounts, deliver event access and notifications, support organizer operations, prevent abuse, and improve the service. Event organizers may receive information submitted for their events.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. Data is shared with service providers needed to deliver authentication, video, notifications, and payments, and when required by law. Organizers control the retention of event recordings and event data within their configured policies.
Your choices
You can update your profile, notification preferences, and event participation from the app. Contact the relevant organizer for event-specific data requests.
Before public launch, have qualified privacy counsel add the operating entity, contact details, data-retention schedule, regional rights, processor list, and any required consent language.
